Hi, I'm Dylan Babcock, and I'm a 2020 graduate from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Business Information Technology. Previously I have worked for the Office of Information Technology in the Pamplin College of Business, troubleshooting faculty/staff computers and completing escalated tickets. 

Currently, I work as a Solutions Engineer at Omnissa. I have worked with VMware Horizon but specialize in solutions with Omnissa's digital workspace solution, Workspace ONE. I have experience deploying MDM/digital workspace solutions for desktop and mobile platforms, utilizing integrations with third party identity solutions (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Federate), while integrating the foundations of the Zero Trust framework. After originally being hired as part of the VMware Academy program, I've spent the last two years developing curriculum and training new solutions engineers in the commerical segment. I pride myself on providing comprehensive solutions and a great pre-sales experience to customers.
